Strength Training (Weight Training) is an important part of Martial Arts. Especially for the aggressive indoor training sports like Muay Thai, MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Kun Bokator and Grappling, working with weights the right way, is an imperative part.

BRUTE Fight Club is the only Club in Nagaon Town, Assam, with a full-fledged Gym (The Underdogs Gym, Bengenatti branch) attached to the Club, that gives facilities for weight training and cardio. At no extra cost.

Girl Fights Back !
It's not the size of the dog that wins a fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog, that wins the fight.

The world outside is cruel and unpredictable. I always say, if a woman (Or even a man) encounters a "situation", the best thing to do is to flee. Not to confront.

But if a fight is inevitable, fight back ! And fight back hard. With all your might !

That's what our coach Nilakhi Saikia did, when she faced 4 drunk youths in Tripura, passing lewd remarks and being aggressive. Many would cow down in a situation like that...especially being outnumbered. But then, Nilakshi is not a regular girl. She is a Fighter ! And she fought back with 4 Rogues !

2 fled. 2 got caught. Did she incur injuries ? Yes, she did. Was it worth it ? You bet !

A shout out to Nilakshi and every woman out there.... including my daughter. You ain't no weak. You are stronger than your wildest imagination. And you gals have proven it time and again !

Keep rocking...nah ! Keep Kicking 😅
