Join our LADIES ONLY beginners gym course and learn everything you need to know from Jessica, our qualified Personal Trainer.
Over 4 weeks you will be taught how to lift safely, how to design and programme your own workouts, how to target specific areas of your body and how to make your workouts effective and enjoyable.
Learn how to get toned, strong and have fun along the way. This is a fantastic course that will leave you feeling empowered and confident working out in any gym.
