It’s safe to say after last night’s lunge track there is no chance you would have forgotten which leg it was 😳

We may have been a small group last night but man alive it was a banger 👏

It’s time!!!

No; not for Mariah although you better believe she’s starting to defrost 😉 but in August I celebrated my 10year instructor anniversary and it feels only right that I celebrate it properly with a bubbles event!

I absolutely couldn’t do it without you all so i will mix everything i know you all love about ((BOUNCE)) plus the cheesy pop sing along tracks we all love and end up hating because they make us say ouch when they come on in the car and tracks we know make my face go 😁🤣😈

We will start at 9am with a BLAST session (weights optional), followed by a quick break then into a cheeky BELLY session. We will round up the morning with some bubbles, cupcakes and some chat!!

If you’d rather wait for class; there will be punching tracks and it’s normally way more fun for everyone to get in on the Monday rage punch action together 😉

The first punch of the class will be dedicated to the high van that has been parked on a blind bend all weekend which I then had to navigate pre 7am 😂
