What does all this do?
It builds alignment, focus and steady ground to stand on for when I’m not sick. It also helps me stay motivated to rest, take care of myself and cherish the time I get to rest.
So instead of thinking “why me?!” it gets me in the mindset of “okay, now me.” as in, now I get to focus on me.
And this can absolutely be frustrating if you’re sick often, feeling like there isn’t a reason you “should” be but rest always welcomes you to reflect. So take the invite.
I can tell you that every time get sick, even if I catch a cold from someone else, I can pinpoint the exact moment I wasn’t moving in true alignment with my dreams or purpose. Just saying…
