Last week Pleasanton FBLA attended the Nebraska FBLA State Conference with over 1,700 other FBLA members! They had a very successful week and won many honors and awards.

Payden Tracy finished her term as the 2021-2022 State Reporter. She had a very successful year and received recognition at the conference for her hard work.
Jesse Winberg finished his term on a State Executive committee.

Chapter Awards Received include:

The chapter was also recognized for donations to the March of Dimes and the Nebraska Foundation Trust.
Chelsy Tracy from Town & Country Bank was nominated by the chapter and recognized as a Businessperson of the Year.

Attendees were successful in several competitive events as well!

Payden Tracy made it to Semi-Finals in Job Interview.
Kinley Mollring placed 6th in Business Ethics and 8th in FBLA Concepts.
Zane Kleeb placed 6th in Career Exploration and received and honorable mention in Digital Citizenship.
Claire Ahrens placed 4th in FBLA Mission & Pledge.

It’s cookie time! Valentines Day cookie sales are back. These wonderful Eileen’s chocolate chip cookies will be $5 this year. The forms can be found in the office, Mrs. Kruid’s room, or will be sent home with your children! Forms and money need to be given to Mrs. Kruid, with money attached, by Friday, January 28th. Thank you!!

Christmas Day!!! Our elementary had so much fun playing games with the high schoolers. They played ski ball, knockout, pin the nose on Rudolph, enjoyed the coloring table, and took pictures with Santa. Thank you to all the volunteers including the chapter officers with a special thanks to Mr. Ahrens for sponsoring this event, Tracy Brummer for purchasing supplies, and to chapter president Payden Tracy for planning and organizing the event.
