❌Why conventional deadlift is not for everyone
‼️Remember, the first goal of a proper training plan is to not get injured
✅The deadlift is an amazing compound exercise that trains the whole body and it replicates one of the basic movements that we do every day. However, not everyone can or should perform conventional deadlift
💪In order to perform it you should first:
🔥Build good level of strength and practice the technique with dumbbells or kettlebells
🔥Learn how to “brace” your core and how to do it while performing basic movements
🔥Address any lack of mobility, especially in the hips, ankles and mid-back

❌Unlike what social media shows you, trainingis not about doing new fancy exercises each time you step into the gym
‼️Most of the times good results are achieved by doing the same exercises over and over, until good levels of strength are achieved
