Dorinë Rakaj, an Access Teacher, was awarded the Small Grant Community Impact Award for the project “Access Alumni Connect: Building Skills, Sharing Stories,” provided by the Access Microscholarship Program. The award recognizes the project’s strong emphasis on alumni engagement, community impact, and sustainable skill development.

The project brings together 20 Access alumni students from Access Prizren 2.0 and Access Mamuşa, who will participate in four interactive workshops delivered by Access Teachers, an English Teaching Assistant (ETA), and Peace Corps Volunteers.

The workshops focus on leadership skills, communication, career development, and storytelling, while also creating space for alumni to reflect on their Access experiences and share their journeys.

We sincerely thank the U.S. Embassy Pristina, Kosovo for their continued support.
