Day two at PowerToHR continued to bring together leaders, practitioners, and organizations focused on one central question: how do we move from talking about people and culture to actually living it inside our workplaces?
The SPEEEX team was present throughout the day, engaging in discussions that challenged traditional approaches to HR and organizational development, with a strong emphasis on practical application rather than theory. 🚀
One of the key highlights of the day was the panel featuring Albina Berisha, where the conversation centered on a fundamental truth that is often overlooked in organizational settings: values don’t create culture unless they are consistently lived.
She emphasized that strong cultures are not built through statements on walls or presentations in meetings, but through everyday behavior, leadership consistency, and the alignment between what organizations say and what they actually do. Her contribution underlined the importance of turning values into lived experience across all levels of an organization, ensuring they are visible not only in strategy but in action.
