🌍 For the fourth time in five VirtuEU cycles, IBCM students have achieved first place in an international academic competition!

Our students Eris Bublaku and Muharrem Xhemajli, Business Management students at IBCM, secured first place in the VirtuEU Project, representing the college with dedication and excellence.

Winning projects:
• Volunteer 360 Hub – promoting volunteer engagement and community participation.
• Leadership in Times of Change – highlighting the importance of leadership in helping young people navigate today's rapidly changing world.

As a result of their success, Eris and Muharrem will represent IBCM at the EVBB Event in Thessaloniki, Greece, this June. 🇪🇺

🇪🇺 IBCM Rector Represents Q-Helix European University Alliance at European Universities High-Level Meeting in Brussels

IBCM is pleased to share that Rector Prof. Dr. Mihone Kerolli-Mustafa represented the Q-Helix European University Alliance at the European Universities Rectors & Presidents High-Level Meeting in Brussels.

The event brought together university leaders, policymakers, and representatives of European University Alliances to discuss the future of higher education in Europe. Key topics included the European Degree, research and innovation, talent development, student mobility, and the long-term impact of European University Alliances.

Alongside Prof. Katarzyna Szczepanska of Akademia WSB – WSB University, Prof. Kerolli-Mustafa contributed to strategic discussions focused on strengthening collaboration, fostering innovation, and shaping a more connected and competitive European Higher Education Area.

During Career Day 2026, alumna Lirika Raça shared her inspiring journey from studying Environmental and Agricultural Management at IBCM to completing an Erasmus Mundus Master's degree in Finland and Germany on European Forestry/Forest Sciences, and beginning her professional career in the field of nature-based solutions and carbon projects. 🌲

Reflecting on her experience, she highlighted how IBCM provided the foundation for her academic and professional growth through practical learning, international opportunities, and a supportive environment.

Info Day & Career Day 2026 at IBCM!

Today, our campus was full of energy as prospective and current students, alumni, professors, and employers came together to explore studies and careers in one place.

🔬 We started with live demonstrations in the Environmental, Psytech, Electronics, and PC Labs, where professors showed how learning at IBCM happens through real experiments, projects, and digital skills.

📚 Prospective students then joined programme presentations, information sessions, and guided campus tours to discover what it means to study at IBCM and be part of our community.

🧭 Career guidance from Prof. Asst. Agron Hajdari helped students think strategically about their next steps, while an inspiring alumni talk by Lirika Raça showed how an IBCM journey can grow into a successful professional path.

💼 In the afternoon, the spotlight moved to our central Career Fair, where students met companies face‑to‑face, asked questions about internships and jobs, and saw how their skills connect to real opportunities.
