Huge Faamalo and Congratulations to our Team Captain!

Congratulations to our SSAB's Home Furnishing Manager, Lupematasila Marlene Kathleen Mulipola who has been selected as one of the Samoa's Chevening Scholars 2022-2023 🥰🎉

The Chevening Scholarship is a prestigious United Kingdom government international scheme funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office that offers selected World Changers an opportunity to study in the UK for one year on a fully funded Master's Degree course.

We are thrilled to know that Lupematasila is one of the recipients for this scholarship scheme.
"Lupe" as she is known by our SSAB Family has been one of our strongest advocators for Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG).

She will pursue a Master’s of Science (MSc) in Human Rights and International Politics at the University of Glasgow, Scotland.

Lupe thanks the UK Government's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office as well as the local British High Commission.

She acknowledges God, the help of her close friends and families, the mentorship of our SSAB CEO, Tofilau Fiti Leung Wai as well as the prayers from her Church Community in helping her achieve her scholarship 💕

Lupe is perfectly described as a "Jane of all trades" as she is a part of our SSAB Management Team, the Vice President for our Social Committee. She is well known as a talented actress/ vocalist who is used as one of our ambassadors in promoting of our SSAB brands- including her many humourous tik toks to help promote Positive Spirit and also a happy spirit.

She has helped SSAB tremendously in terms of promoting our competitions on many Social Media platforms 🥰🎊

Lupe is one of the longest serving Managers in SSAB. Her departure for Scotland with her daughter, has brought so much happiness to her SSAB Family as she deserves the best, but we are also saddened as we will miss her great spirit.

We believe that God has plans for Lupematasila to prosper and to be successful in all she does as she honors the Lord 🙌✨

St Mary’s College Vaimoso was gifted a monetary gift from the SMOGA ladies in Australia with $20,000+SAT. This was used to buy 14 brand new laptops (updated and fully programmed)

Yesterday with the presence of SMOGA President Afamasaga Vernier, SMSM SRs, SMC Principal & Staff and Representatives from our Team Oranginals, the 14 brand new laptops were presented to the Staff to have access to MOODLE and ZOOM meetings in these times of online learning and teaching due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Our Oranginals - Team 3 Sr Aquin also had the opportunity to donate 14 new laptop bags and 14 new wireless mouses. Special thank you to SSAB for providing us with the Best Service and Best Price! Simply The Best 😉

It is always a pleasure for us to give back to the school that got us where we are today!

We would like to congratulate two of our Oranginal ladies for their appointments as ambassadors. Her Excellency Faalavaau Perina Sila Tualaulelei (class of 1983) has been reappointed to be our country's Ambassador to Japan, and Francella Strickland-Simonet (class of 1993) as Ambassador-designate to the Kingdom of Belgium. 3 is our magic number! Our ladies continue to impress everyone with their talents. The oranginals ladies were on top of their games yesterday, leading their pool! Unfortunately, we lost to the strong Nova Red in our semi-finals, placing us in 3rd place overall. We are still happy with the results and are so proud of everyone. Malo lava to our powerful and amazing netballers as well as our cheering squad 🔥🔥🔥

Our ladies of Team 3 Sr Aquin Oranginals were honoured to visit our young children and babies in our House of Hope at Samoa Victim Support for our charity work! We were blessed to be given this opportunity to spend this time with our children & to be able to donate gifts for them as well as hosting a movie night especially for them. This has opened our eyes and we have realised that there is so much we can still do to help these children. SVSG goes together with what our team stands for and what we as women stand for ✊ WE LIVE HERE, WE ARE HAPPY HERE, WE ARE TEAM 3 SR AQUIN ORANGINALS POWER!!! 🔥
