CRAZY HAIR DAY!

Let’s face it… we all get a little crazy when we know today is the last day of school!

To celebrate the end of Term 3, our m***i theme today was Crazy Hair Day, and our students certainly did not disappoint.

We had some very interesting hairdos around VBS today — flowers, food, wigs, wild creations, and even a few kids who simply decided to shave their hair with absolutely no real plan!

It was fantastic seeing everyone getting into the spirit and having a bit of fun on our final day of Term 3.

The winner will be announced at assembly today.

Yesterday, our seniors enjoyed the Coastal Walk before cooling off with a swim at Togitogiga Waterfall. This has been a special fixture of our camp for the past three years and is a wonderful opportunity for our students to experience and appreciate the natural beauty of our island.

As you know, we have been staying at Saletoga Resort, and the management even kindly allowed us to use their resort bus to transport our students. We cannot express how grateful we are to the Saletoga management and team for the wonderful care and support they have shown us throughout our stay. Their generosity and hospitality have helped make our camp a truly memorable experience.

Camp Update

Last night, our Year 8 students did us proud!

We were invited to be part of the Fiafia Night show at the resort, and over the past month, Alovale has worked tirelessly to prepare the students’ dances.

The show was sold out, with not a spare seat anywhere. This was the first time our students had performed in front of an audience outside our VBS family, so they were understandably nervous. However, they performed incredibly well, and we are so proud of them.

The students were on an amazing high afterwards, especially when they heard the applause from the crowd. It was a fantastic opportunity to show them how hard work pays off and how rewarding it feels to share their dances with others.

Well done, Year 8s! We are incredibly proud of you all. 👏
