CSS Seminar & Film Series

Join us for a fascinating CSS Seminar exploring the dramatic story behind the ambitious land purchases of Scottish settler Frank Cornwall in the late 1800s. His claims to 54% of Savaiʻi created controversy, political tension, and one of the most debated land issues in the history of Samoa.

Presented by historical researcher Tony Brunt, this illustrated talk will uncover how these land deals happened and how the famous “Cornwall Block” was eventually resolved.
