In Solemn Remembrance of our dearest RN Salā Ma'atasesa Samuelu-Matthes.

​It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that the FOHS announces the passing of RN Salā Ma'atasesa Samuelu-Matthes, former Dean of the Faculty of Health Science and Head of the School of Nursing.

RN ​Salā Ma'atasesa dedicated her life to the advancement of nursing & health sciences. She was a dedicated mentor, colleague, and educator whose wisdom, patience, and integrity deeply touched generations of students, nurses, and faculty members.

Madam Dean Dr. Jyothi Alex Abraham & FOHS Staff extend our deepest condolences, prayers, and alofa to the family, loved ones, and colleagues of RN Salā Ma'atasesa Samuelu-Matthes during this time of bereavement.
