Thanks to the incredible efforts of Sailability Wellington Trust Inc., we now have a detailed information pack outlining sailing opportunities for people with disabilities and how you can support the Samoa Sailability Program. Dive into the details of how you can join hands in running, facilitating, and supporting this incredible initiative. It's a fantastic opportunity for everyone to learn, share, teach, and support each other as we get the Samoa Sailability Program up and running!

We had the pleasure of meeting Virashna Singh from Swire Shipping at the Apia Yacht Club Sailing Samoa yesterday. She made the journey from Fiji for a conference, and it was great to connect in person.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to both Virashna and May Kiel for generously sparing their time to discuss the details of the Samoa Sailability Program.

Meeting face-to-face was truly a privilege, and we're incredibly grateful to Virashna and May for playing pivotal roles in coordinating the logistics, which involved organizing a free shipping container and facilitating the transportation of the Hansa boats from Australia to Samoa. Swire Shipping's support is invaluable to us.

Exciting news: Three Hansa boats are geared up and ready for sailing! Known for stability and ease, they're perfect for beginners and casual sailors.

Interested in trying it out? Introduction sessions will be delivered periodically over the next three months. To participate, simply comment "interested," and we'll secure a spot for you in the first session planned for September 9th. Fun times await! ⛵

A special shoutout to Swire Shipping for their invaluable assistance. They generously provided a cargo container and transported all ten Hansa 2.3 boats, along with their equipment, for free. Your support is deeply appreciated. 🚢🙏
