Today, our school was privileged to welcome representatives from Utah Valley University, who spent valuable time encouraging and inspiring our students to live healthy, respectful, and responsible lives.
The special visit focused on promoting healthy lifestyles by encouraging students to eat nutritious foods, stay physically active, practise good behaviour, and say NO to obesity. Students were reminded that taking care of their health is important for their growth, learning, and future success.
One of the highlights of the program was an entertaining and educational puppet show based on the story “Puka and the Giant Sea Turtle.” Through this creative performance, students learned important lessons about the dangers of misusing social media platforms and mobile phones. The show encouraged students to use technology wisely, avoid harmful online behaviour, and focus on positive communication and healthy relationships.
The program delivered meaningful messages in a fun and engaging way, helping students understand the importance of making wise choices both online and offline.
We sincerely thank Utah Valley University for their wonderful visit, inspiring presentations, and for empowering our students to become healthier, kinder, and more responsible young leaders of the future.
