THEY ACED IT!

Congratulations to our 20 talented staff members who have just conquered a highly challenging pronunciation test to become Departmental IPA Trainers! These are the results of three-week- intensive pronunciation training where learners have perfected their pronunciation skills through various engaging, curiosity-fueled activities in our dynamic learning environment.

In our English program at The Anam Cam Ranh, we embrace and apply the teaching motto of Mark Van Doren, an eminent American teacher, in our teaching approach. We believe that most effective learning happens when learners' innate curiosity is tapped into. Along with that, we empower learners to take ownership of their growth because ultimately, learners are the ones who understand their own strengths and areas for improvement best! After all, the best teacher is oneself; we as trainers are simply here to guide them.

SO PROUD OF YOU, THE ANAM CAM RANH-ERS!!!

Today, after three intensely competitive rounds against other strong contestants in “Đấu trường tiếng Anh dành cho khối Nhà hàng Khách sạn”, our 10 warriors from various departments (HK, FO, FB, S*M, HR) claimed their WELL-DESERVED WIN.

This is an inspirational proof of our learning spirit - always on the lookout for development opportunities - and a source of motivation for people working in hospitality in general.
