Finally, "CAE in the Product Design" offline course was ended. I hope that all students can apply this knowledge, skills for next subjects and especially be more confident and competitive in the job interviews.

After learn ANSYS SpaceClaim in the "CAE in the Product Design" course, my student can use to design some product base on rough idea compatible with their topic and specially minimize mass.
Also, some designs make me awesome because my student just start learning within 1 lesson (about 4 hours).
Moreover, you also can join this community group to post any problem and will receive some recommend.

1. Build geometry with ANSYS SpaceClaim.
2. Generate mesh with ANSYS Meshing
3. Run stress analysis with ANSYS Mechanical
4. Run Parametric Optimization with Design of Explore Optimization in Workbench.

Hi everyone

On Jul 7 2025, I have started a course focus on CAE application in the Product Design using ANSYS software.

Course will guide detail how to build Geometry, Mesh, run Static Stress Analysis, Parametric Optimization and Topology Optimization. Then, choose and do project by yourself.

If you are a beginner, it's good course as starting point. Currently, this course will be held offline in Ho Chi Minh city, Viet Nam. However, if many people interesting this course, I will open an online meeting. Mainly, Q&A is important.

A system coupling (two-way) was performed in Ansys Workbench. It's best way to capture a correct physics for a breath control device. Moreover, a validation also be good result.
