After five exciting days of clicks, tricks, and cyber wins, Phish Fighting 2025 officially wraps up!
From interactive booth games to a thrilling tournament, we would like to express a huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth, joined our challenges, and helped make campus a little safer (and a lot more fun) 💙.
We hope you’ve had fun spotting the “phish” and picked up a few cyber tricks along the way. If you have any feedback for us, don’t hesitate to share it with the team! We can’t wait to see you again in our next cyber season.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZES
Dear our Phish Fighters,
Thank you for donning your cloaks and becoming the heroes who fought back against the cyber traps during our Phish Fighting event!
Your courage (and quick thinking) have helped make this campaign a spook-tacular success.
Now that the tournament has come to an end, here’s how you can claim your well-deserved prizes:
1️⃣ Stay tuned — We’ll announce the official leaderboard on Monday, November 3rd at 7:00 PM right here on our page.
2️⃣ If your name appears on the leaderboard, kindly message us with:

This semester, the Boodorwa Team proudly presents the RMIT Phish Fighting Project - an initiative to raise student awareness about cybercrime and teach practical ways to stay safe in our ever-connected world.
For one haunting week, our booth will be open on campus, packed with:

[SGS Campus] RMIT PHISH FIGHTING PROJECT – Spoiler Alert: You're About to Get Cyber-Smart. Meet Team Boodorwa!
This October, RMIT is getting a cyber glow-up! ✨
Meet Team Boodorwa — the student-led crew behind Phish Fighting 2025, a project designed to help the RMIT community stay safe and smart in the digital world.
💡 Funded by the RMIT Student Leadership & Development Program under the Leadership with Action Micro-Grant, and developed in collaboration with RMIT Information Technology Services (ITS), the initiative turns online safety into something interactive and engaging through booth games, workshops, and competitions.
Here’s the team making it happen:
- Ngo Minh Quan – the logistics guy
- Nguyen Thuy Dung – the finance whiz
- Huynh Tran Ngoc Minh – the content queen
- Hoang Nguyen Nhat Minh – the web wizard
- Do Tung Lam – the web wizard
- Tran Hoang Xuan Giao - the storyteller
Launching this October at RMIT SGS Campus, Phish Fighting 2025 will feature engaging booth games, an online “Spot the Phish” challenge, and interactive workshops — all designed to help students “learn the tricks, master the clicks, and own their digital safety”
Because at the end of the day, staying safe online isn’t just about creating strong passwords — it’s about knowing how to think before you click. 🖱️
