Flat Stomach & Smaller Waist in Just 5 Minutes a Day (At Home)
Here are the 3 moves:
Hold Plank x3 – 30 sec ON, 10 sec OFF
Hip Dips x3 – 30 sec ON, 10 sec OFF
Body Seesaw x3 – 30 sec ON, 10 sec OFF
Do this 5 days a week: after 2 weeks you’ll feel the difference, 4 weeks you’ll see the difference, 8 weeks people will hear the difference when you talk about your results.
