Are you even serious? Vietnam has a long and established culinary history, the colors of the sticky rice in the photo might even have existed way before the arrival of artificial food colorings at this country✌️

We have been using natural ingredients like gấc fruits, butterfly pea flowers, black rice, etc. to create vivid colors of food for ages. Not to mention, those ingredients also play an important part in the dish recipe, greatly affecting the final flavor. So why do we have to stop all of that, and use artificial food colorings now? It doesn't make sense!
