1. Integration of AI Technology and Data Analysis:
ETQ utilizes a Learning Management System (LMS) along with AI technology to analyze learners' data. This feature helps to personalize the learning process, ensuring that learners receive guidance tailored to their abilities and needs.
2. Level-Based Learning:
- Basic Level: Focuses on building fundamental principles of creative thinking and risk management. It is 100% online, making it suitable for beginners or those looking to improve these skills.
- Intermediate and Advanced Levels: Learners have the opportunity to interact directly with experts from Singapore through online platforms such as MS Teams, Google Meet, etc. This allows them to develop their thinking according to Singaporean standards, targeting business managers and entrepreneurs.
Diverse Learning Programs:
- Theory and Practice: The curriculum includes both theoretical and practical components. The theory part lasts for 1 week, focusing on mastering the basics, while the practical part extends for 3 months to apply what has been learned in real-life situations, particularly in risk management and creative thinking, based on AI data analysis results.

1. Mr. Kaushik Mandal – Founder & CEO
- 25 years’ experience in the corporate and startup world
- He is a business bulder and mentor of startup / SMEs: Part of the founding and seed team of Silicon Hive in the Netherlands (enventually acquired by Intel). He has also worked at Philips (Netherlands), Tata Elxsi (India). He is a nature lover, golfer, travaler.
- Kausik has lived in Netherlands, Singapore and India. Most recently he has authored the book “ Be Entreplastic – Nuture your nature”
2. Mr. Tushar Desai – Chief Engagement Officier
- 30 years’ experience in the corporate and startup world
- Taushar is an entrepreneur, connector, and business ecosystem builder. He has spent the last 12 years as a founder/ co – founder of two start – ups, in the emobility, loT+ mobile platforms and marketing consulting domains. The previous 18 years were as a “Corpo – preneur” (part of new divisions of corporates)
- Tushar has lived and worked in five countries (India, USA,Cyprus, Malaysia, Singapore). He is a pasionate sportsperson, traveller, reader, content creator
3. Mr. Michael Lim – Chief learning Officer
- 12 years in the Navy and 20 years’ experience in the logistics industry
- Michael started his working life in the Navy and served onboard warships for 12 years. His last appointment was commanding Officer of RSS Independence. He previouly managed a 350 bed capacity nursing home and 50 clients eldercare services as their COO
- For over 15 of his 20 years in logistics, has held leadership positions in MNCs with pan Asia responsibilities. Michael has deep experience in warehouse Operations,IT and Business Development
4. Ms. Kareena Shami – Director, User experience
- 7 years’ experience working with clients across industries
- An India – based designer and illustrator she graduated simultaneously in communications Design and Sociology. She uses her knowledge from both domains to creates cutting – edge, innovative design and user – experience solutions.

1. Mr. Inderjit Singh
- Serial entrepreneur, policy maker (ex- minister in Singapore), Educator, MNC leader, Inderjit is also the Founder and MD of solstar international, a Singapore based on Consumer Electronics brand selling in 25 countries of Africa and Asia
- In the past he founded United Test and Assembly Center (UTAC) – Which became Unicorn in 2001, listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX,2004). Former Member of Parliaments, Singapore Member board of trustees, Nanyang University
2. Teng Theng Dar – Director ETQ Singapore
- 40 years’ experience in the corporate and public sectors
- Theng Dar has lived in Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Autralia and Singapore
- A few of his current appointments are: Singapore’s Non – Resident Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, Chairperson Asia entrepreneur Exchange, Advisor, SE Asia region, Shizuoka Prepecture Goverment, Japan, Global Business Adviser, Miyagi Prepecture Goverment, Japan and Distinguished Adviser, Shool of Applied Science, Temasek Polytechnic
- Amongst his previous appointment are CEO – Singapore Business Federation and CEO – Intraco Holdings ( SGX listed)

[ THE ETQ (ENTREPRENEURIAL THINKING QUEST) PRODUCT ]

A/ ETQ is divided into 3 levels:
1. Basic Level:
- Fundamental principles that shape internal competencies in the thinking of an ordinary person, creative thinking, and risk management.
- 100% online learning through the LMS system and AI data analysis.
2. Intermediate and Advanced Levels:
- At these levels, students directly interact with experts in Singapore via online learning platforms such as MS Teams, Google Meet, etc., to develop thinking according to Singaporean standards.
- The Basic Level is divided into 2 phases:
Phase 1: 1 week focused on theory and AI data analysis.
Phase 2: Followed by 3 months of practice to change creative thinking and risk management based on conclusions drawn from AI data analysis.
- For students, experts recommend taking the Basic Level to build competencies and bridge the gap between students and employers.
- The Intermediate and Advanced courses are recommended for business managers and entrepreneurs.
B/ Study Materials
1. Basic Level:
- Overview guide of ETQ, analyzing human thinking capabilities, creative thinking, and risk management.
- A personal online account on the Global ETQ E-Learning system, where learners will experience learning, practicing, and AI data analysis on the platform.
C/ Basic Course Description
1. Learners will read the guidance on analytical capabilities and software usage before participating.
2. Learners will answer 15–20 multiple-choice questions (A, B, C,D) focused on exploring existing internal competencies in creative thinking, human potential, and risk management. Rating framework: 5 points is the highest score for innovation and risk management standards. There is no pass or fail. The lowest score is 0 points, and the highest score is 5 points.
3. The AI system will then provide a score and feedback on your level in each type of thinking (creative thinking and risk management) based on your existing foundation. The system will give you 5 recommendations for each type of thinking, which you will practice over 3 months, followed by reassessment based on a new set of questions.
