Fact: there are around 80000 mathematicians around the world. The average number of people we interact is about 80000. So if you are lucky enough you will meet one of them. It is so rare that everyone always asks us one question. Why do we need to study math? I mean common, I couldn’t spend 2 hours to explain for you my answer. I just say “oh well I don’t know”.
