Fraud Alert: Impersonation & Unauthorized Use of SAM Logo

Trong thời gian gần đây, Saigon Asset Management (SAM) ghi nhận có các tổ chức/cá nhân mạo danh thương hiệu SAM, sử dụng logo, hình ảnh và tên công ty để lập website, ứng dụng, nhóm mạng xã hội, đồng thời kêu gọi chuyển tiền/đầu tư vào các tài khoản ngân hàng không thuộc quản lý của chúng tôi.

Recently, Saigon Asset Management (SAM) has been made aware of individuals and organizations impersonating SAM, misusing our logo, images, and company name to create websites, mobile apps, and online groups, while soliciting deposits/investments into bank accounts that do not belong to SAM.

SAM KHÔNG có bất kỳ website, ứng dụng hoặc nhóm mạng xã hội nào kêu gọi nạp tiền/đầu tư trực tuyến.

SAM KHÔNG công bố hoặc sử dụng bất kỳ số tài khoản ngân hàng nào cho mục đích huy động vốn từ công chúng.

Các tài liệu chính thức của SAM chỉ được phát hành qua website chính thức và các kênh liên lạc xác thực của công ty.

SAM’s Official Statement:

SAM DOES NOT operate any website, mobile application, or online group that requests money transfers or investments.

SAM DOES NOT disclose or use any bank account numbers for public fundraising purposes.

All official communications and documents from SAM are only released via our official website and verified contact channels.

Mọi hành vi mạo danh, giả mạo logo và thương hiệu của SAM đều vi phạm pháp luật. Chúng tôi sẽ:

Báo cáo cơ quan chức năng để xử lý theo quy định.

Khuyến cáo Nhà đầu tư cảnh giác, không cung cấp thông tin cá nhân và không chuyển tiền vào các tài khoản mạo danh.

Actions Taken:
Any impersonation, misuse of SAM’s logo, or fraudulent activities are illegal. SAM will:

Report these cases to relevant authorities for investigation and legal action.

Advise all investors to remain vigilant, never disclose personal information, and never transfer funds to unauthorized accounts.
