1. $Schools / : We provide our program to international schools in Vietnam, Malaysia, and other countries. Our students include Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Japanese learners who require English language support to succeed in international school environments.
2. Companies / Organizations: We also partner with companies and organizations that offer ESL training programs for employees’ children as a concrete benefit. Love this❤
I’d like to share highlights from the Horasis India Meeting in Singapore on 15–16 December, specifically our session “ as a Driver of .”
The session was chaired by Vidyottama P Sharma, who opened with a broad definition of diversity: it’s not only about gender equality but also includes LGBTQ+ people and persons with disabilities. Max von Zedtwitz observed that diversity is already taking root and working well in many countries, while noting that some countries succeed without formal diversity programs—an observation that sparked a meaningful discussion. Anuj Shah explained how privileged networks and social background can limit diversity, and suggested that once we learn how to bring everyone together, inclusion will grow. Vinod Kumar Wuthoo shared practical advice on embedding diversity into innovative projects and gave strong examples of investments that benefited from ideas generated by diverse teams.
In response to a question about including voices from different countries, Robin Nguyen commented that diversity is like a music band: singers alone cannot create harmony—we also need guitarists, pianists, and violinists. Diversity enriches the melody, making it fuller and more beautiful. Every country has its own path to growth, but diversity becomes truly human-centered when we engage with —regardless of people’s origins or social backgrounds.
The event was hosted by Global Schools Group, which provided excellent organization and beautiful facilities—thank you Rajeev Katyal. We are also grateful to Frank-Jürgen Richter for organizing this meaningful dialogue and for its positive impact on society.

✔Learning with Robots...
When technology grows driven purely by self-interest, it can harm people, the environment, and society. I notice a trend: the more technology advances, the more people are drawn back to humanity, as deep down we sense the damage it can cause.

Self-study empowers children to dive deeply into their potential. By taking ownership of their learning, they become proactive and confident in exploring their strengths. This process allows them to actively discover their interests and, ultimately, uncover their own passions.

§ Yin and Yang in Education
✔ Imagine a world without yin energy—without art, music, language art and compassion. If only yang energy prevailed, we’d foster growth but at the cost of unhealthy competition, aggression, calculation, and conflict.
