📚 TỔNG KẾT KHÓA TẬP HUẤN “XÂY DỰNG THƯƠNG HIỆU TRONG GIÁO DỤC ĐẠI HỌC” (22–23/9/2026)

Trong hai ngày 22–23/9/2026, Trung tâm Đào tạo Khu vực của SEAMEO tại Việt Nam (SEAMEO RETRAC) đã tổ chức thành công khóa tập huấn “Xây dựng thương hiệu trong giáo dục đại học”, với sự tham gia của các giảng viên, cán bộ chuyên trách về xây dựng và quản trị thương hiệu đến từ các trường đại học và cơ sở giáo dục.

🌟 Trong suốt chương trình, học viên đã được trang bị và thực hành về:
🔹 Các khái niệm, giá trị, nguyên tắc và vai trò của thương hiệu trong giáo dục đại học;
🔹 Các cách tiếp cận trong xây dựng và quản trị thương hiệu nhà trường;
🔹 Phương pháp đánh giá thương hiệu hiện tại và xây dựng định vị thương hiệu;
🔹 Các công cụ xây dựng thương hiệu trong giáo dục, bao gồm mạng xã hội và các phương pháp truyền thông truyền thống;
🔹 Xây dựng thông điệp truyền thông, quản trị truyền thông trong tình huống khủng hoảng và phát triển hình ảnh thương hiệu nhà trường;
🔹 Xây dựng kế hoạch truyền thông chiến lược, bao gồm truyền thông về tầm nhìn, hình ảnh lãnh đạo, quan hệ báo chí, tác động nhóm và truyền thông nội bộ;
🔹 Phân tích các tình huống thực tiễn, những khó khăn và thách thức trong quá trình xây dựng và phát triển thương hiệu giáo dục.

🤝 Với sự kết hợp giữa chia sẻ kiến thức chuyên môn, phân tích tình huống, thảo luận và thực hành, khóa tập huấn đã tạo ra một không gian học tập và trao đổi thiết thực, giúp học viên mở rộng góc nhìn, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và nâng cao năng lực trong công tác xây dựng, quản lý và phát triển thương hiệu nhà trường.

✨ SEAMEO RETRAC hy vọng những kiến thức và kỹ năng được chia sẻ trong khóa tập huấn sẽ tiếp tục được học viên vận dụng hiệu quả vào thực tiễn, góp phần xây dựng hình ảnh và thương hiệu của các cơ sở giáo dục đại học theo hướng rõ nét, nhất quán và hiệu quả.

📌The Forum aims to create a dynamic platform for policymakers, educators, and educational leaders from Southeast Asian countries to share cutting-edge insights, exchange innovative practices, and explore how educational leadership can leverage technology to develop future skills amid digital transformation.

🎓 TỔNG KẾT HỘI THẢO CHUYÊN ĐỀ "Kiến tạo Lộ trình vì Hòa bình thông qua Giáo dục Công dân Toàn cầu (GCED) tại Đông Nam Á" (8–10/9/2026)

Trong ba ngày 8–10/9/2026, SEAMEO RETRAC đã tổ chức thành công khóa tập huấn "Kiến tạo Lộ trình vì Hòa bình thông qua Giáo dục Công dân Toàn cầu (GCED) tại Đông Nam Á" với sự tham dự của 30 người đến từ các nước Đông Nam Á.

🌏 Trong suốt chương trình, học viên đã được hướng dẫn và thực hành về:
🔹 Những khái niệm và nguyên tắc cốt lõi của Global Citizenship Education (GCED);
🔹 Mối liên hệ giữa GCED, hòa bình, công bằng xã hội và phát triển bền vững;
🔹 Các vấn đề và thách thức trong việc thúc đẩy hòa bình và công dân toàn cầu tại Đông Nam Á;
🔹 Phương pháp thiết kế và triển khai các hoạt động giáo dục nhằm phát triển tư duy phản biện, sự đồng cảm, tinh thần trách nhiệm và năng lực liên văn hóa;
🔹 Chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và thực hành xây dựng các sáng kiến giáo dục hướng đến hòa bình và phát triển cộng đồng.

💡 Thông qua sự kết hợp giữa các phiên chia sẻ chuyên môn, thảo luận nhóm, hoạt động tương tác và thực hành, học viên có cơ hội trao đổi kinh nghiệm, mở rộng góc nhìn và vận dụng các kiến thức về GCED vào bối cảnh giáo dục thực tế.

We are delighted to introduce Professor Xiaotian Zhang, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Global at Curtin University, Australia, as one of the distinguished keynote speakers at the International Conference 2026.

As a member of Curtin University’s senior leadership team, Professor Zhang oversees the DVC Global Portfolio, playing a key role in shaping and delivering the university’s global strategy. His portfolio encompasses internationalisation and global initiatives, international student recruitment and admissions, student mobility, transnational education and partnerships, Curtin English, and the operations of Curtin’s five global campuses in Singapore, Malaysia, Mauritius, Dubai, and Sri Lanka.

With extensive expertise in the internationalisation of higher education, Professor Zhang has held senior executive positions at leading universities across Asia, Europe, and Oceania, including serving as Deputy Vice President (International) at Shanghai University. Over the past decade, he has successfully chaired and led large-scale international education and research initiatives across the globe.

Professor Zhang is also an accomplished academic. He is the SHU Distinguished Professor of International Business and has held academic positions at the University of Southern Denmark, Stockholm University, University of Oulu, and University of Tartu. He is a former Rajawali Fellow of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a Visiting Fellow of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Passionate about the strategic development of global entrepreneurial universities, Professor Zhang brings a wealth of academic, leadership, and international experience to the conference.

Trong hai ngày 22-23 tháng 9 năm 2026 sắp tới, Trung tâm Đào tạo Khu vực của SEAMEO tại Việt Nam (SEAMEO RETRAC) sẽ tổ chức khóa tập huấn “Xây dựng thương hiệu trong giáo dục đại học”, nhằm cung cấp cho học viên những kiến thức và kỹ năng cần thiết để xây dựng, quản lý và phát triển thương hiệu nhà trường một cách hiệu quả.

🔹 Khóa học dành cho ai?
Giảng viên, cán bộ chuyên trách về xây dựng và quản trị thương hiệu cấp khoa và cấp trường thuộc các trường đại học và các cơ sở giáo dục trong cả nước.

🔹 Mục tiêu tập huấn nhằm trang bị cho học viên các kiến thức và kỹ năng cần thiết về xây dựng, quản lý và phát triển thương hiệu nhà trường, bao gồm:

- Hiểu các khái niệm, giá trị và nguyên tắc trong xây dựng thương hiệu giáo dục;
- Nắm được vai trò, lợi ích và các cách tiếp cận trong xây dựng và quản trị thương hiệu;
- Biết cách đánh giá thương hiệu hiện tại và xây dựng định vị thương hiệu;
- Phát triển kỹ năng xây dựng thông điệp và kế hoạch truyền thông chiến lược cho thương hiệu nhà trường.

🔹 Nội dung tập huấn bao gồm:
1. Tổng quan về thương hiệu trong giáo dục: Các khái niệm, giá trị, nguyên tắc, vai trò và cách tiếp cận trong xây dựng và quản trị thương hiệu;
2. Xây dựng thương hiệu: Đánh giá thương hiệu hiện tại, xây dựng định vị thương hiệu và tìm hiểu các công cụ xây dựng thương hiệu trong giáo dục, bao gồm mạng xã hội và các phương pháp truyền thống;
3. Truyền thông và phát triển thương hiệu: Xây dựng thông điệp truyền thông, quản trị truyền thông trong tình huống khủng hoảng và xác định hình ảnh thương hiệu nhà trường;
4. Xây dựng kế hoạch chiến lược truyền thông: Truyền thông về tầm nhìn và hình ảnh lãnh đạo, tác động nhóm, quan hệ báo chí và truyền thông nội bộ;
5. Phân tích kinh nghiệm thực tiễn: Thảo luận các tình huống, những khó khăn và thách thức trong quá trình xây dựng và phát triển thương hiệu để rút kinh nghiệm và phát huy thế mạnh của nhà trường;

✨ Thực hành nhóm: Xây dựng thông điệp truyền thông và kế hoạch chiến lược truyền thông cho thương hiệu của nhóm.

🔹 Phương pháp tập huấn
Khóa học kết hợp giữa kiến thức chuyên môn, tình huống thực tiễn, thảo luận và thực hành nhóm, giúp học viên có cơ hội áp dụng trực tiếp các nội dung đã học vào công tác xây dựng và phát triển thương hiệu tại đơn vị.
