💌 Sau một thời gian tiếp nhận và xem xét hồ sơ đăng ký xét chọn danh hiệu “Sinh viên 5 tốt” năm học 2024 - 2025, Hội đồng xét chọn xin gửi đến các bạn sinh viên thông tin về dự thảo kết quả. Quá trình rà soát được thực hiện dựa trên các tiêu chí theo quy định, đồng thời cân nhắc đầy đủ các minh chứng nhằm đảm bảo tính phù hợp và thống nhất trong công tác xét chọn.

🌟 Căn cứ vào quá trình thẩm định, Hội đồng xét chọn đã tổng hợp danh sách hồ sơ đủ điều kiện và chưa đủ điều kiện để các bạn sinh viên thuận tiện theo dõi. Danh sách chi tiết được công bố tại đường link đính kèm bên dưới. Trong trường hợp sinh viên có ý kiến hoặc nội dung cần phản hồi liên quan đến kết quả thẩm định, vui lòng điền thông tin theo mẫu tại link góp ý để được tiếp nhận và xem xét.

💌 After a period of receiving and reviewing applications for the “Student with 5 Good Criteria” title in the academic year 2024–2025, the Selection Council would like to inform students of the document review results. The review process was conducted in accordance with the prescribed regulations, with careful consideration of all submitted evidence to ensure consistency and appropriateness throughout the evaluation.

🌟 Based on the review results, the Selection Council has compiled the list of applications that meet the requirements and those that have not yet fully met the requirements, for students’ reference. 🌟 Nhằm tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho các bạn sinh viên trong quá trình hoàn thiện hồ sơ, đồng thời giúp việc sắp xếp thời gian nộp hồ sơ phù hợp với dịp nghỉ Tết Dương lịch sắp tới, Hội đồng xét chọn xin thông báo điều chỉnh mốc thời gian ngừng tiếp nhận hồ sơ bản cứng. Theo đó, thời hạn ngừng nhận hồ sơ được điều chỉnh từ ngày 03/01/2026 sang ngày 07/01/2026.

🔥 Bên cạnh đó, Hội đồng xét chọn sẽ không tiếp nhận hồ sơ bản cứng dưới mọi hình thức từ ngày 01/01/2026 đến hết ngày 04/01/2026. Việc tiếp nhận hồ sơ sẽ được tiếp tục thực hiện trở lại kể từ ngày 05/01/2026 theo thời gian làm việc bình thường.

🌟 In order to facilitate students in completing their application dossiers and to help better arrange submission schedules in view of the upcoming New Year holiday, the Selection Council hereby announces an adjustment to the deadline for ceasing the receipt of hard-copy applications. Accordingly, the deadline is extended from January 3, 2026 to January 7, 2026.

🔥 In addition, the Selection Council will suspend the receipt of hard-copy applications in all forms from January 1, 2026 to January 4, 2026. The receipt of applications will resume from January 5, 2026, in accordance with normal working hours.
