As we’re living in a more and more connected world, interactions among people from different countries, different cultures, coming from multiple continents have been becoming very popular. How to collaborate effectively, leveraging strengths of diversity, nurturing harmony while resolving conflicts is an interesting area to look at. And Chuyện Trà Đá is very honor to have Ms Chie Takahashi, aka Barbie Takahashi - a Japanese friend having worked in many countries - to join our No.8 Livestream Session sharing with us her experience on this topic.
About our speaker, Ms Chie Takahashi has been a lifelong hotelier specializing in pre-opening projects, sales, marketing, and all other aspects of the hospitality industry, including people management. Her method for people management is unique but proven successful: “a happy workplace makes happy people which in the end brings the positive outcome for the company as well as the staff’s personal development”. Ms Chie Takahashi worked for many international brands such as Accor, InterContinental, Sheraton, and private boutique hotels in Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, China, Australia, Fiji Islands, etc. Off the work, she enjoys cooking, baking, and making handmade necklaces.

🥳 Hello everyone, Chuyen Tra Da livestream sessions are coming back. Today we’re so excited to introduce to you Live session No.6 with the topic “Living your dream in a boring job” with speaker Henry Lu (Mr. Lục Thế Hiển) 🎉
✨Dream is always a beautiful topic. All incredible things start from dreams. When we are kids, our minds are filled with dreams and that’s definitely a very very happy time for all of us. But when we grow up, we have more responsibilities, more things to worry about, dreams seem to move away from us. So how can we live our dreams, especially when we’re doing “a boring job” as Henry defines - that’s a very interesting topic Chuyen Tra Da would love to bring to you in our Livestream Session No.6 this Saturday morning at 9-10AM 🤩

🤔Tại sao có nhiều người cùng dành thời gian như nhau cho một kỹ năng nhưng kết quả đem lại khác nhau?
🧐Vậy nguyên lý 10,000 giờ và "practice makes perfect" chỉ dừng lại là một vài câu nói truyền cảm hứng?

Theo tôi thì trong cuộc sống sẽ không bao giờ có đúng và sai. Thứ mình nên quan tâm là sự tò mò nếu mình chưa đạt thứ mình muốn thì phải đặt câu hỏi why - việc này dẫn đến chúng ta sẽ đi tìm thêm những mảnh ghép khác để giải quyết 1 vấn đề.

Ví dụ trong việc làm chủ một kỹ năng, từ kinh nghiệm của tôi và tôi nói việc này rất nhiều cho đội nhóm là Luyện tập chưa đủ mà phải còn theo đuổi sự tò mò bao gồm:
1️⃣ Tìm kiếm phản hồi từ người khác
2️⃣ Tự đánh giá quá trình của mình
3️⃣ Tự nghiên cứu và học hỏi thêm từ người khác và tài liệu từ nhiều nguồn
4️⃣ Sau đó luyện tập lại với những thứ mới chiêm nghiệm ra.
5️⃣ Đỉnh cao cuối cùng là bạn phải dạy lại được người khác kỹ năng đó.
Vì khi bạn dạy lại kỹ năng đó, cũng là cơ hội vàng để bạn đóng gói lại kỹ năng của mình, dù cho bạn không dùng kỹ năng đó thời gian dài, bạn vẫn dễ dàng lấy lại được.

🤟Tôi đã áp dụng phương pháp này và thành công làm chủ 3 kỹ năng

1) Breaking Dance 🕺🏻: Này hồi còn học cấp 2,3. Giờ không còn 6 múi để triển khai chiêu thức nữa...lol

2) Sử dụng Tiếng Anh 🗣️: Năm đại học tôi mới bắt đầu học tiếng Anh. Phải nói là xuất phải điểm Âm ➖➖➖

3) Public Speaking 🎤: Từ sợ hãi lên lớp thuyết trình tới việc nói trước đám đông 300 người và thuyết trình với BOD hằng tháng, hằng tuần rất thoải mái.

4) Kỹ năng tiếp theo tôi muốn thành thạo là viết lách 🖋️, đó lý do tại sao tôi viết chưa hay, các bạn nếu quan tâm đợi kết quả của tôi nhé, sắp tới sẽ tung ra một ấn bản đánh giá cột mốc viết lách.
