UNILINK – E-LIBRARY & SHARING KNOWLEDGE PROJECT

Hi everyone! We are Group G (CC02), a team from the Business Communication course at HCMUT 💌
Why we chose this topic

Searching for study materials the night before an exam is a universal student struggle.
Valuable past exams and notes are often scattered and lost in endless Zalo/Telegram group chats.
The "hoarding" habit limits academic resources to small, closed circles.
We believe: "Knowledge shared freely multiplies."

🎯 Our goal
To build a centralized, free E-Library and a community-centric platform where students can easily access, share, and exchange academic resources. We aim to break the barrier of information inequality and foster a culture of peer support and academic generosity at HCMUT.

🎬 What we did
We established the UniLink E-Library on Google Drive and ran a Community-Centric Facebook Fanpage. We surveyed 50 students across 7 different faculties.
Each folder organized, each post shared, and each response collected was a step toward a stronger learning ecosystem 💫

💡 What we learned
HCMUT students are incredibly generous! We discovered that 84% of students are willing to share their personal study materials if given the right platform. The biggest barrier isn't selfishness; it's the lack of a simple, organized system. We learned that to build a sharing community, you must be the first to provide value.
