🌍 DAI NAM UNIVERSITY EXPANDS EDUCATIONAL COOPERATION WITH TANZANIA

On 23 June 2026, Dai Nam University welcomed H.E. Suleiman Haji Suleiman, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Republic of Tanzania for a working session to discuss opportunities for cooperation in education, international student recruitment, and the development of high-quality human resources.

During the meeting, Mr. Le Dac Lam, Vice Chairman of the University Council, highlighted the University's achievements in internationalization, particularly its International Medical Program, which is delivered entirely in English and currently enrolls nearly 200 Indian students. The two sides also discussed study opportunities for Tanzanian students, training conditions, clinical practice opportunities, and the international learning environment at Dai Nam University.

🎓 A key highlight of the meeting was Dai Nam University's award of three full scholarships, with a total value of USD 90,000, to Tanzanian students. This initiative reflects the University's commitment to supporting talented young people from around the world in pursuing quality education.

The two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in student recruitment, educational promotion, and the expansion of partnership networks in Tanzania and across the East African region in the coming years.

📖 Graph-theoretic Visualization of Ion Conduction Pathways: Concepts and a Tutorial

Ion conduction underpins many modern energy technologies, including solid-state batteries, fuel cells, and next-generation energy storage devices. However, identifying and analyzing the pathways through which ions move within materials remains a significant challenge.

This article presents graph-theoretic approaches for visualizing and analyzing ion conduction pathways, while also providing practical tutorials and code implementations that researchers can readily apply to their own material systems.

The work has been published in MRS Bulletin, one of the leading international journals in the field of materials science. This achievement reflects the high quality of research and the growing international engagement of the faculty members and researchers at Dai Nam University.
