GET-TOGETHER EVENT 🫂
The KU Leuven Alumni Chapter Vietnam holds informal get-together events in Hanoi (30/5 @ 16.00) and Ho Chi Minh City (20/5) on the occasion of the visit of Professor Kristiaan Temst, Chair of the KU Leuven Regional Committee for Southeast Asia and Mr. Piet Wostyn, Coordinator of the Team International Projects of the International Office of the KU Leuven and the Secretary of the KU Leuven Regional Committee for Southeast Asia.
This year’s edition is inspired by the success of our events in May and June 2025, which brought together a vibrant mix of familiar faces.
Each event is a great chance to reconnect, catch up on the latest news, and expand your network in a relaxed setting.
Snacks and drinks are at your own expense, but the joy will be shared! 🥳
More information of the events are available in the comments below.

Short Initiative (SI) 2023 projects has just been launched!
Short Initiative (SI) projects are short-term projects of a maximum of two years. The projects aim to explore, build and deepen academic/scientific collaborations among diverse teams of academics and researchers. SI projects focus on a sustainable development challenge.
With these projects, VLIR-UOS aims to strengthen the research and educational capacities of higher education and science institutions between academic actors in Flanders and partner countries. The projects are expected to create the conditions for the uptake of new and relevant knowledge, applications, and/or services by academic, civil society, private and public actors.
Please note that an online information session will take place on 6 December 2022 from 13:00 until 15:00 (CET).
