Street food experience program with Jennifer and her boyfriend (Netherlands)

Jennifer, a law councilor and Fraak, a Gym trainer from Holland have been traveling Vietnam 🇻🇳 for 3 weeks. They are so lovely and favorable.
I astonished when they mentioned that many Netherlands people prefer buying a house/apartment to renting one. It is very similar to Vietnam. Before that, I thought westerners prefer renting.
They are a fan of coffee bean and wish to travel to coffee farm in Tay Nguyen province. In addition, they asked me about weasel coffee which is collected from weasels after eating coffee fruits. It is the most delicious and expensive coffee in Vietnam 😀.
After Hanoi, Ha Long bay and Ninh Binh are their next destinations.
Hope they have a memorable time in our country.

Discover Hanoi food and culture with Danish travelers

Karl and Lasse, two nice guys from Denmark 🇩🇰 kindly accept my food experience program after talking yesterday evening.
Their family own a supermarket in their and countries and they work very hard 💪. Lasse told me that currently, he works three jobs simultaneously. Hat off 👌🙏.
They have a year gap before entering universities for studying social science and economics.
Now, let’s jump into what’s going on tonight. We started the experience program at 6pm and lasted 3 hours with many local food. At the first stop, we tried Banh xeo and 333 beer 🍺. They are hooked on it. In addition, Karl wants to learn how to use chopsticks 🥢. He could do it after several trials. It is not easy for foreigners to hold it in the first time. Next, we are back to the center to try some deserts like Che, egg coffee, mixed fruits, kumquat ice tea.

Tomorrow I accompany with a couple from Ireland to try snake 🐍 😱meat in Le Mat village and balut, one of the most frightening foods for tourists in the world 😅

3.5 hours talking with a beautiful couple 😅

I happened to meet Max and Jo today. At the beginning, according to their accent, I figured that they come from an European country like Germany, Norway, UK, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland...I have never thought that they are French 😂. OMG, their accent is totally different to other French tourists I have ever met.
Max owns a transportation company and Jo is an architect. They show me a kind of vacation diary which they draw and write about their expressions. Jo is very good at drawing. The special thing is Jo got the first place in art competition where there were a thousand of participants. Impressive 👌👍
Max makes me so so astonished
when he could speak 8 languages such as French, English, Spanish, German, Italy,... Woah, finally, I get to see a true polyglot 😍. In addition, he is a fan of gadget like phone cases, stickers.
In 3.5 hours, we chatted a ton of topics like culture, food, bus, career, hobby. They mentioned that in Cambodia 🇰🇭, they need to pass several chickens or ducks on the local bus to drop of 😅.
They will stay in Hanoi for a while and we can talk more 💪.

Học Speaking skill qua writing daily journal? Hoàn toàn có thể! (P1)
Chào mọi người,
M tên là Đan, vừa mới hoàn thành chương trình học bổng toàn phần JDS của CP Nhật Bản (hệ thạc sỹ). M học ngành phát triển quốc tế tại trường International University of Japan (IUJ) nơi có các bạn sinh viên đến từ hơn 100 nước trên thế giới. Do đó, Tiếng Anh là ngôn ngữ chính tại IUJ. M có 7 kinh nghiệm dạy tiếng anh du lịch tại Hồ Gươm.
Sau quá trình học và nghiên cứu các phương pháp học speaking, mình tự nghĩ và phát triển phương pháp “Học Speaking qua viết daily journal”. Nghe có vẻ lạ phải không các bạn? Để mình giải thích nha
Như mn đã biết, trong 4 kỹ năng tiếng anh thì listening và reading là hai kỹ năng đầu vào (Input) còn speaking and writing là hai kỹ năng đầu ra (Output). Thường thì với số đông mọi người (kể cả m trước đây) hay ngại hai kỹ năng đầu ra hơn vì đòi hỏi phải có partner học cùng. Mọi người có ai mở sách dạy writing ra vài phút, viết theo template rồi buồn ngủ như mình không? 😴
Phương pháp của mình dựa trên việc tạo nên thói quen viết hàng ngày từ những điều bình thường nhất kiểu như viết nhật ký. Tuy nhiên nếu chỉ viết một mình và ko bạn đồng hành cùng mình thì sẽ rất dễ chán và bỏ cuộc. Mình hiện tại là một motivator của cộng đồng tiếng anh hơn 500 học viên quốc tế trên Telegram – một app rất tuyệt vời để “đắm mình” trong ngôn ngữ tiếng Anh. M thường hay viết daily journal kể về cuộc sống hàng ngày của mình, đưa ra những lời khuyên về phương pháp học tiếng anh hiệu quả. Rất nhiều bạn đã áp dụng phương pháp của mình để tăng khả năng viết cũng như nói tiếng anh. Quả là “kill two birds with one stone”.
Bạn biết không, để viết daily journal hàng ngày thì chúng ta cần tập suy nghĩ, tìm các từ, cụm từ, câu thành ngữ… (tương tự như kỹ năng nói) rồi ghép thành câu hoàn chỉnh, dần dần thành một đoạn văn ngắn rồi cứ thế viết quen tay bộ não của chúng ta sẽ khắc ghi được rồi từ đó bạn luyện nói. Phương pháp này sẽ loại bỏ thói quen dịch sang tiếng việt rồi dịch ngược lại sau đó mới tập nói. Khi luyện nói thì m thường ghi âm giọng nói rồi tải lên group Telegram để mn có thể feedback và tạo động lực cho m nhiều hơn. Các bạn có thể luyện trước gương rồi ghi âm lại cũng rất cool 😎. Duy trì phương pháp này đúng và đều đặn trong vòng 3-6 tháng, mn sẽ thấy được sự khác biệt rõ rệt! Mình xin cam đoan!
