Xin được chia sẻ vài suy nghĩ về Lãnh Đạo Khai Minh (Enlightened Leadership). Góc nhìn về lãnh đạo khai minh là việc này rất gần gũi, liên hệ đầu tiên nhất là lãnh đạo tâm trí của chính mình và có thể áp dụng vào mọi việc hằng ngày.

Ngay cả một giọt nước nhỏ nhất cũng có thể tạo ra những gợn sóng lan tỏa, giống như những hành động nhỏ nhưng ý nghĩa có thể để lại dấu ấn lâu dài. Ánh nắng chiếu rọi mặt nước nhắc nhở chúng ta rằng, khi có sự rõ ràng và mục đích, những nỗ lực của chúng ta sẽ càng tỏa sáng mạnh mẽ hơn.

Đây chính là tinh thần của Lãnh đạo Khai minh—dẫn dắt bằng sự khôn ngoan, kiên cường và sự quan tâm trong mọi khía cạnh cuộc sống. Không chỉ trong công việc hay kinh doanh, mà còn là cách ta đồng hành cùng gia đình, nuôi dưỡng các mối quan hệ và truyền cảm hứng cho những người thân yêu nhất.
