"Whether Vietnam's mountains and rivers will become beautiful or not, whether the Vietnamese people can step up to the stage of glory to stand shoulder to shoulder with the great powers of the five continents or not, depends largely on your studies."
These are the words of our beloved Uncle Hồ, quoted from “Letter to Pupils on the Occasion of the First School Opening Day of the Democratic Republic of Viet Nam”, September 15, 1945.
Since that historic moment, our country’s education has continuously developed and renewed itself. Although there are still occasional shortcomings, it cannot be denied that the quality of our education is on the rise, further proving our capability to “stand shoulder to shoulder with the great powers of the five continents,” as in the immortal teaching of our great President Hồ Chí Minh.
In the context of our nation stepping into the “Rising Era,” we hope that the education sector will flourish even more, nurturing young generations of talent who will make positive contributions to society and to the Fatherland.
Congratulations on the 80th Anniversary of Viet Nam’s Education!
