🎓 Scholarship for Petroleum Engineering students – If you are a third-year or above student and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Vietnam, this is your chance to receive one of two scholarships valued at 20,000,000 VND each! 🎉
📌 Eligibility:
• Third-year students and above
• Active SPE member for at least 1 year before the application deadline
• Outstanding academic performance
• Active participation in extracurricular activities, especially SPE Vietnam activities
• Students majoring in Oil & Gas or pursuing the Oil & Gas industry

The recent trip to Vung Tau marked a truly meaningful experience for DUT SPE Student Chapter members. Participating in the SPE Vietnam Technical Workshop 2025 offered valuable opportunities for learning, networking, and professional development.

🌈 On the morning of November 7th, 2025, the preliminary interview round of the Honeywell UOP Scholarship Program took place at the University of Science and Technology – The University of Danang. The program is dedicated to students majoring in Petroleum Engineering and Oil Production.

🏭 A Journey to the Heart of Vietnam’s Energy Industry – Dung Quat Oil Refinery Visit

On this special field trip, our first-year Gas and Oil Process Engineering Technology students had the incredible opportunity to visit the Dung Quat Oil Refinery, the first refinery in Vietnam and one of the country’s most significant industrial landmarks.

Throughout the day, students explored the refinery’s production process, learned about modern refining technologies, and gained valuable insights into how raw crude oil is transformed into essential products that power our daily lives. 🔥

Beyond the technical knowledge, this trip offered a chance for students to connect classroom lessons with real-world practice — inspiring them to pursue their dreams of becoming future petroleum engineers and contributing to the nation’s energy industry. 💪

It was not just a visit, but a meaningful learning journey — filled with curiosity, teamwork, and passion for the field of petroleum engineering. 🌟

o 5-a-side matches (max 12 players per team).
o Matches scheduled for both Sunday morning.
3. LONG DISTANCE RUNNING 🏃‍♀️: Individual physical endurance event.
o Separate categories for men and women.
o Requires early assembly: 5:30 AM.
