Anyone who join our community in the early days will receive one free 1:1 Session where we will build your own speech from scratch and learn along the way

Hola!! I am thrilled to share our new group " Mental Square" - A safe Square for Sharing, Listening & Support for Mental Health.

It's a safe space to let out our feelings, fears, happiness, Joy, excitement, anxiety and anything else that you feel you want to say it out loud so you could feel better or could help others 😇

We envision it as a group of people who are genuine, open-minded, non-judgemental and compassionate. We don't force anyone to share anything, you can just sit and listen to others' thoughts just to let them know someone cares about them 😇

We are not professionals to provide you advice or counseling instead we are a group with a similar motive who want to support each other through our struggles, challenges and growth. It is not a class/workshop, it's more like a group of people sitting together and opening up to each other.

(Everything spoke in the group stays there, we are not allowed to talk about it outside)

Tell Me Your Story with "The Stage is Yours" @ HIK Tea Danang

“Tell Me Your Story” series with a goal of bringing a relaxed and safe shelter where you can share your own experiences and gradually shape your perspective of the world to make sense of who you truly are.

Each of us is a constantly unfolding narrative. But many of us often leave our stories untold. And once we drifted away from our true selves, we turn to loneliness, uncertainty, disconnect with our life purpose.

Sharing our unique experience can reward to ourself as we feel better letting it out and also it could be important for the listeners who have or are going through similar situations in life 😄

Bring your own unique self and join us at HIKTEA at 6:45pm this Saturday. See you all there!

Our last meeting was really great with 25 amazing people 🥰

Discussing about relationships from many perspectives while sharing very personal and deep stories 😄

Our next meeting will be a big milestone, 10th event by The Stage is Yours 😄

Over these 9 meetings I have learnt a lot on how to structure the event, engage the audience and make the most out of everyone's time.

And now we have a good structure which keeps the meeting interesting and combining Public Speaking with Taboo Talks (Creating discussions about unspoken or avoided topics) had created much more value for the event.

We will continue to choose strong, controversial, unspoken, avoided and neglected topics for our meeting to create meaningful and progressive conversations.

Public speaking and Deep Discussions will be the base for our future meetings 🥳🤩

Thanks a lot again for supporting our events. For me personally, this is one of the very few things that I have been doing consistently in my life. Even through the lockdowns, storms and other demotivating situations, your support made me keep doing it 🤩🤩

Public Speaking is one of the greatest fear all over the world. And one of the major reason is because we are not exposed to that environment a lot.

So we are creating this event to give opportunity for everyone to be on the stage and overcome your fear while having fun 😄😄

Thanks everyone for joining our first "Taboo Talk" event last week.
Sorry if it was not perfect, as it's my first time I have to learn more about this event but overall I felt happy about it.

This week we won't be hosting public speaking event instead "The Stage is Yours" will be a small part of a big event put together by The Workshop, Dork Dancing, Olga Pibars Photography and many other amazing people 🥰🥰

The focus of this event will be about Mental Health, we will have dork party, symposium, stations and many other activities. Many stalls regarding mental health, mindfulness, Taboo Talk and many more will also be present 🥰
This event is organised to create funding for a charity supporting mental health in Vietnam 🥰
