Đề thi IELTS WRITING TASK 1 mới ra tuần rồi ngày 2/4 nhé mọi người ơi. Đề này vừa dễ vừa khó. Muốn điểm cao thì cần phải so sánh summer và winter trong các giai đoạn thời gian, không nên mô tả riêng từng mùa. Tham khảo bài mình viết bên dưới.

VOCABULARY:
• attendance volumes = lượng khách ghé thăm
• to vary slightly = hơi khác
• winter / summer attendance = số lượng khách vào mùa đông / hè
• to climb more steeply = tăng mạnh hơn

The introduction effectively introduces the topic and is relevant to the prompt. It demonstrates strong paraphrasing skills. It is commendable that the writer clearly states their position, expressing full agreement with the idea that the internet is the most important invention. Body paragraphs 2 and 3 present clear reasons and relevant examples that support the main argument. Paragraph 3 introduces a counter-argument and effectively refutes it, ultimately reinforcing the claim that the internet is the most transformative invention. Overall, the essay addresses the task well. However, some areas could be strengthened. For instance, in Body Paragraph 1, the impact of platforms like Zoom and Google Meet could be emphasized more to highlight their role in transforming education. Additionally, the rebuttal in response to the counter-argument in Body Paragraph 3—particularly the point about the internet’s unprecedented speed and breadth of influence—could be made clearer. Also, this rebuttal needs to be more explicitly connected to the key ideas developed in Body Paragraphs 1 and 2.

The essay demonstrates a fairly rich and varied vocabulary, with the use of appropriate academic terms. However, accuracy in word choice and usage needs improvement. Some word uses lack sophistication (e.g., time, geography, cost…). Some minor spelling errors (e.g., underpriviledge, argubly…) should be corrected.
