Happy Friday! If you know any visitors/locals who might be interested I wanted to put it out there that I am offering Private Yoga sessions this summer on STJ.
I feel after 3 years teaching and 9 years practicing I am finally comfortable offering this! So glad that I was patient with myself. Life is good.

Allow a wave of breath to fill up your belly, ribs and heart, then exhale and sigh it out.

Riding the wave encourages us to commune with the challenges we face. Whether in yoga asana or life. When confronted with a difficult situation or posture try breathing to receive the fullness of the experience. Intentionally relax you body and mind. Watching emotions and sensations come and go. Allow whatever is true to be true.

You’ll be thinking some ordinary disempowering thought such as, I’ll never get this right…

Then some other part of your mind will pipe up and remind you, This is just a thought, and I don’t have to believe it. That means something:

A part of your mind has actually stood apart from that negative thought, observed it, and let it go.
