This is disgusting, and there's a Black girl walking next to her. Like WTH? What are you doing?! What would make anyone even think to do something like this.
And if this is a sorority initiation, like I'm hearing, their charter needs to be revoked.

This is disgusting, and there's a Black girl walking next to her. Like WTF? What are you doing?! What would make anyone even think to do something like this.
And if this is a sorority initiation, like I'm hearing, their charter needs to be revoked.
A disturbing incident at Louisiana State University reportedly involved a Black baby doll being dragged across campus with a rope around its neck. I don't care what explanation somebody tries to attach to imagery like this-you cannot separate it from America's history of lynching and racial terror against Black people.
And the timing makes this especially disturbing. Black communities are already having difficult conversations about recent cases involving Black people reported found h*nging in public and semi-public places.
Seeing this imagery displayed on a college campus is not something Black students should simply be expected to laugh off as a
"joke." LSU needs to establish exactly what happened, who was responsible, and whether university policies were violated.
