Today was a special day as we celebrated Career Day and provided our students with opportunities to connect learning to the real world.

Our older students spent the day alongside their parents and guardians in various workplaces, while our younger Eagles explored different businesses and professions through educational field trips.

We believe that learning happens everywhere and not just within the walls of a classroom. Today's experiences helped students broaden their horizons, discover new possibilities, and begin to see how their interests, talents, and efforts can shape their future.

Special shout out to our school counsellor Mrs. Lovina Jones-Henry for organizing this event and to our staff members for their flexibility, enthusiasm, and commitment in accompanying our students on these experiences. Your guidance and support helped transform a day of exploration into a day of meaningful learning.

We are excited to welcome our future Eagles for our Kindergarten Visit Days! Come explore our classrooms, meet our teachers, and experience the fun and excitement waiting for you as you prepare for your Kindergarten journey.

Some weeks ago we recognized two outstanding students for their positive growth and improved behavior — Khezai Soares of Grade 6 and Quin Chemori Flax of Grade 2.

The first two terms have been challenging for both students, but reaching nearly halfway through this term without any infractions was truly commendable. Their progress showed that growth, change, and determination are possible when students make better choices and remain focused.

We are proud of the effort they have made and encourage them to continue on this positive path. We pray that they keep striving for greatness and realize that hard work and improvement do not go unnoticed!

We encourage all students to continue making positive choices and let your light shine. We look forward to recognizing many more students in the days ahead for their growth, effort, and excellent behavior.

This morning, we launched a simple but meaningful initiative by asking our students whether they had breakfast before coming to school. For those who had not eaten, we provided a warm meal, either a bowl of cereal or a tuna sandwich along with hot chocolate tea. In total, we were able to feed approximately 45 students.

Breakfast is essential to jumpstart a child’s day. It helps improve concentration, energy levels, mood, and overall academic performance. We encourage all parents and guardians to make every effort to ensure their children begin the day with a nutritious meal.

Together, we can support the health, well-being, and success of our students — one breakfast at a time. 💙

🦅Honour Society – Lent Term 2026 Announcement

We are proud to announce the students who have earned a place on our Honour Society for Lent Term 2026!

This term has been one of both change and growth. While we say farewell to 5 members, we are excited to welcome 9 new students into the Honour Society. This brings our total membership from 58 last term to 62 outstanding students this term.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all of our honourees for their dedication, discipline, and academic excellence. Your hard work continues to set a strong example for your peers.

A special congratulations as well to the parents and teachers whose support, guidance, and encouragement play such an important role in student success.

📚 Reminder: Students must achieve an average of 81% or higher each term to qualify for the Honour Society.

We are so proud of our amazing Kindergarten and Grade One students who participated in the Annual Pre-Primary Games on Friday, March 13th! 🌟

Our young stars showed incredible enthusiasm, teamwork, and determination as they ran, jumped, and played their hearts out. From start to finish, their energy and bright smiles truly lit up the day! 💫

Events like these remind us that sportsmanship, confidence, and having fun are just as important as winning and our students displayed all of that and more! 👏🏽💛
