For forty years, "Mama", as we are affectionately called, has been caring for the children of this community.
It was her love for children that made the Sunshine Pre-School and Daycare a reality. Our doors initially opened with just two children in 1980, and in 1987 we saw our first pre-school class of five students graduated. This past week, we celebrated Reading is Fun Week with the theme: “The Child Who Reads LEADS!”
A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Jerilee and her mom, having Hello Kitty visit was such a special treat for everyone! We also extend our appreciation to Green VI, as well as Ms. Shyanne for their fun and engaging activities that kept our young scholars excited and inspired throughout the week.
