๐โจ A New Chapter Begins: Our School Library is Open!โจ๐
๐ Yesterday, we officially opened our school library, a wonderful conclusion to Library Week and a truly special moment for our school community. ๐ We extend our sincere thanks to our generous friends and family whose book donations made this vision possible, and to our distinguished guests who joined us for the ceremony and visited our new space.
๐โจ We are especially grateful to our guest readers Ms. Justine, Ms. Olivia, Ms. Christine and Mrs. Smith for inspiring our students through storytelling. We also acknowledge Mr. Ricky Callwood and his team, along with Ms. Bernice and Ms. Suenique, for helping to prepare our library.
๐๐ Finally, we commend our dedicated staff for their hard work and commitment to ensuring our students experienced the very best. โจ This library represents opportunity, growth, and a bright future for all.

๐๐ Math Bee Competition ๐๐
This afternoon, we hosted our Inter-House Math Bee ๐๐ and it was a great display of skill, focus, and house pride!
Students went head-to-head in three exciting rounds:
๐ข Fast Facts Face-Off โ quick responses and sharp minds
๐๐ฝ Team Challenge Showdown โ strong collaboration and strategy
๐ Best of the Best โ where our top competitors took the spotlight
Each house brought energy and determination, keeping the competition close from start to finish ๐๐ฝ๐ฅ
At the end of the three rounds, we had an intense 90โ90 tie ๐ฎโผ๏ธ
But in the final moment, the Hummingbirds pulled ahead, earning the title of Math Bee Champions ๐ฆ๐๐
A special thank you to Ms. Khalilah Callwood, our Math Education Officer, for serving as our host ๐คโจ, as well as Mr. Ruby Pickering and Mr. Kenny Chinnery for keeping score ๐, and Mrs. Johnson for ensuring everything stayed on time โฑ๏ธ๐๐ฝ

๐ฑ Our goal is to promote production, sustainability, and hands-on learning, and we are proud to say our garden is thriving!

๐ A pumpkin patch

Tomatoes, shadow benny, celery, eggplant, mint, and beans
๐ Sweet potatoes, Irish potatoes, and corn
๐ฅ Papaya, avocado, soursop, cashew, pigeon peas, and guava
