On May 20, 2023, at a meeting of the Constitutional Assembly at the Egyptian Olympic Committee, in the presence of the Minister of Youth and Sports and the Egyptian Olympic Committee, the African Union was established under the leadership of the Official International Federation of Jeet Kune Do.

This meeting was supervised by the President of the International Federation of Jeet Kune Do Mikhail Pavlovich Kim and the President of the Asian Federation of Jeet Kune Do Timur Alisherovich Mamadzhanov (Uzbekistan) presence via Zoom.

Congratulations to Jeet Kune Do in Africa. The African Federation of Jeet Kune Do was created with the participation of five countries: Tunisia, Libya, Morocco, Sudan, Cameroon. Egypt Olympic Committee and the Ministry of Youth and Sports congratulate all participating countries!

From the bottom of our hearts we congratulate the President of the African Union Fauz Muhammad Ashour and the Secretary General Ahmed Farah and, in turn, we wish good luck and success in the development of Jeet Kune Do in African countries and the education of a literate, cultural, spiritually educated, healthy, international patriotic generation!
