Nordic International School 🐻‍❄️🏫 warmly congratulates 🎉 our dear families on the grand celebration 🎊 of Eid al-Adha!

Eid al-Adha, often referred to as “the big Eid,” is considered the more significant religious ☪️ event compared to Eid al-Fitr, which occurs about two months earlier following the holy month of Ramadan 🌙.

This special occasion marks the conclusion of the Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca 🕋, one of the five pillars of Islam ☪️ and obligatory for those who are financially 💰 and physically 🏃‍♀️ able to complete it at least once in their lifetime.

Eid al-Adha, meaning “festival of sacrifice,” is a four-day celebration 🎊 that begins on the tenth day of the 1️⃣2️⃣th month of the Islamic lunar calendar 🗓, known as Dhu al-Hijjah.

On the morning 🌄 of Eid, Muslims 🧕🏻🧔🏻 traditionally decorate their homes 🏡, wear their finest clothes 👚🥻, and attend Eid prayers at the mosque 🕌.

Following the prayers, families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 often host gatherings filled with an array of traditional foods 🍛🥘 and warmly invite 🤗 friends and relatives to join. It is also a time when friends 🧕🏻👳🏻‍♂️ come together to celebrate and enjoy quality moments with one another.

A key aspect of Eid is giving charity 💵 to those less fortunate, alongside a focus on spirituality and gratitude 🤲🏻.

Today, you officially take your next big step — from little learners to confident, growing students 👨🏻‍🎓👩🏻‍🎓. Whether you’ve completed Grade 1 or Grade 8, we are so proud 😊 of every single one of you!

This past academic year has been filled with discovery and growth — new teachers 👩🏽‍🏫, exciting field trips 🚌, themed subject weeks, charitable events, and countless accomplishments. You have all come so far!

This year’s celebration 🎉 was especially meaningful, as it was our very first graduation ceremony in our new school building 🏫✨. Our school transformed into a festive celebration 🎉 space filled with balloons, a giant graduation poster, and an atmosphere full of joy 🤩, laughter 😆, and emotion.

We were honored to hear inspiring speeches from the founder and principal of the school 🏫, who shared heartfelt words with our students and families. 🎉 Final School Market of the Academic Year! 🛍️✨

One of the most exciting 🤩 and anticipated events of the semester — our final School Market Day of the academic year at Nordic International School 🐻‍❄️🏫.

Throughout the semester, students 👫 earned their school money 💵 through hard work 📚, positive behavior 👍, completing homework on time, and showing consistent effort in class 👏. And now, the moment they had all been waiting for finally arrived — spending all their hard-earned money at the school shop!

This year’s final market was filled with so many exciting toys 🧸, games 🎲, stationery ✏️, and fun summer items ☀️ to enjoy during the holidays. The children were beyond excited 😍 choosing their favorite items and shopping with their friends 👫🏼.

Not only was it a joyful and memorable experience, but it also helped children 👧🏻🧒🏼 develop important life skills such as financial literacy 💰, responsibility, decision-making, and understanding the value of effort and reward 🙌.

🌿☀️ End of Year Picnic at Dream Park! ☀️🌿

Today, our Grade 1–4 students 🧒🏽👧🏻 enjoyed a wonderful picnic 🧺 trip to Dream Park after Gafur G‘ulom as a special celebration 🥳 at the end of the academic year!
After successfully completing their assessments and filling their classroom “marble jars” 🫙 through teamwork, positive behavior, and excellent group work, students 👫🏼 chose to celebrate 🙌 their achievement with a fun picnic outdoors 🏆✨.

The day was filled with laughter 😆, games🎈 , delicious food 🍱, and joyful moments in the fresh air. Students had a fantastic time relaxing, playing together, and creating unforgettable memories with their classmates and teachers 🧑🏼‍🏫👩🏽‍🏫.

🌟 Nordic International School and Star Kids International Elementary School at “Career Day” 2026 🌟

Nordic International School 🐻‍❄️🏫 and Star Kids International Elementary School 🏫 proudly participated in the “Career Day” fair organized at Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 state Pedagogical University after Nizami.

Our representatives had the opportunity to meet talented university students 👨🏻‍🎓👩🏻‍🎓, discuss career opportunities in education, and connect with future educators passionate about teaching and child 🧒🏽👧🏻 development.

The event also included an important open dialogue led by the rector of the university Hilola Umarova together with leaders of non-government educational organizations 🏫. During the meeting, participants discussed 💭 the development of the private education sector, strengthening practical cooperation, and preparing highly qualified specialists for the future of education.

🇺🇿🙏🇺🇿 9 May - Remembrance and Appreciation day in Uzbekistan 🇺🇿🙏🇺🇿

On May 9 Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 celebrates 🎉 the Day of remembrance and appreciation, a national holiday, holiday of grief, reverent deference and pride as well as deep thankfulness 🙏.

Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 made an invaluable contribution to the victory over fascism. A large number of Uzbeks gave all their strength 💪, working in the rear, Uzbek families took evacuated children 👧🏻🧒🏽, evacuated enterprises provided reliable support 🙌 to the front. During the difficult years of the war, the country lost more than 450,000 sons👨🏻👨🏼👨🏽.

On this memorable day, all residents of the country, like millions of people around the world 🌎, congratulate veterans: in all cities there are festive concerts 🔉, large meals🍲, charity events, and honorary awards.

Nordic International School 🐻‍❄️🏫 would like to congratulate you on this day that remains the most significant and joyful 🙂 day for every citizen of our country 🙌.
