“UZBEKISTAN - A COUNTRY OF INTERNATIONAL PEACE AND RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE”

Uzbekistan is known as a country with a very rich history in the field of interethnic harmony and religious tolerance. Representatives of different nationalities and religions have always lived in the country with respect and mutual tolerance. Both the central location of Uzbekistan and its historical and cultural significance have served as an impetus for creating equal opportunities for multinational and diverse religious groups.

In this regard, a round table discussion was held at the Faculty of Medicine on November 28 of this year to ensure religious tolerance and interethnic harmony. In an interesting roundtable discussion with the participation of KYRGYZ, KARAKALPAK, and INDIAN students of our faculty in their national costumes, the dean of the faculty, Professor G. Abdullayev, directors of the “KIMS” company, and the faculty’s educational advisor, D. Narzullayev, expressed their thoughts and comments.
