On March 8 - International Women’s Day, female teachers of the Faculty of Medicine were sincerely congratulated by the Dean of the Faculty and professors.

Indian Pongal festival celebrated in a big way.

Indian students studying at the Faculty of Medicine of Namangan State University celebrated Pongal in a big way at Namangan State University.

Pongal is a harvest festival celebrated in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu and other parts of South India. It is a four-day festival that usually takes place in mid-January and is a time to thank God for a bountiful harvest. Pongal is also the name of a traditional sweet dish made of rice, jaggery and milk that is usually prepared and shared during the festival.

During the event, dances and songs were performed by Indian students. Sweets were prepared and distributed. Various sports games were played. The students expressed their deep gratitude to the directors of the “KIMS MBBS” company and Namangan State University for organizing this festival.

⚡The living conditions of Indian students living in the student dormitory were studied.

📌 On January 4 of this year, the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Namangan State University, N. Kodirov, inquired about the condition of Indian students living in the student dormitory and conducted an interview with them.

🏬 During the visit, a wide-ranging interview was organized to study the rooms allocated to students and the problems of young people. Students were informed about the rules of the student dormitory and how to always keep the rooms clean, always attend classes in the manner prescribed by the university, and spend their free time meaningfully during the holidays.
