Today was an amazing day watching my girls compete. I wanted to shout out three of my babies…

I am so proud of my girls, they worked so hard & were so beautiful today. I also wanted to give a shout out to Sarah Maricle for some wins in her books for photogenic. These headshots were taken by her.

I am such a proud coach, as always. ❤️

Just wanted to shout out the girl I consider my right hand with this industry. She’s been in my life for a long time. Any question, or need I have I know I can turn to her & she’s going to help me the best she can. Mostly in the hair and make up department, or the smock world. Or also if I need to talk somebody’s ear off about pageants & plans. I can’t thank you for all you help me with enough!!! 🖤

My favorite thing is practicing with my littles, they are sooo sassy & so perfect. I love watching their little personalities show in our practices! It can be challenging, but seeing the growth in the youngest of girls makes my coaching & maternal heart so happy.

Kinsley was sooo proud of herself when she got to be silly! 🤪👑🫶🏽

With that being said, I do take clients of all ages. Mama’s if you’re new to this world, let me help you! 🤎

Competitor Spotlight ✨
Layla Cedars: MHS Miss Merry Christmas

When I first met Layla, I knew she had this spark about her & ability to turn that spark on and thrive within it! I had so much fun coaching her for this pageant. She worked so extremely hard everytime we were together & absolutely came to give it her all. Layla is involved with extracurriculars but always made time to practice. And Layla may or may not have been who I was coaching the day I tore my stomach from jumping away from a spider. 🫣

Overall, this girl is beyond talented with a wonderful personality & a natural ability to shine and light up whatever room she is in. She trusted me with her routines, help on outfits/dress & had the ability to collaborate while still making decisions that she knew were going to suit her best. I loved watching her take on all that she learned in order to make a personal mark and approach for this pageant. I always said my favorite thing was how she absolutely made each routine her own & rocked it out. Layla, you are going places my girl! I am so beyond proud of you & I can’t wait to see where your endeavors take you. 🎄❤️👑🎅

👑 Competitor spotlight 👑

Today’s competitor spotlight is: Serenity Wash

This hardworking beauty competed in Christmas in the Village last Sunday, and words can’t even begin to express the joy I had watching her compete. I watched this girl’s confidence level maximize during our sessions, and she applied that and absolutely rocked it last Sunday. My proudest moment of her was seeing her ROCK her step-turns as well as watching her confidently walk through her routine. Just a story on how hard she’s willing to work:

- I don’t currently have a studio, so when I meet with my girls we are outside. The day before the pageant we had to revamp her routine, because there had been some changes to the stage. It was cold that day, but determined, the cold did not bother her or her mama. Bundled up & ready to persevere she practiced as many times as it took to perfect her routine. We worked together to make it uniquely her own, and she never once complained. Absolute queen behavior in my opinion! 👑

Thank you, Mrs. Roxanne for allowing me to work with Serenity & thank you for trusting me. She taught me something that day, which was to work hard despite harder conditions with no complaints. ❤️

2024 Miss NHS Sugarplum, Cambree Gentry ❤️🎄👑🎅

Cambree competed against 13 of her peers in her local school pageant & came out with a win. I am so proud of her!!!! ❤️

Another fun-pageant filled weekend, watching my girls compete & enjoying every second. I love opportunities to watch my girls compete & to see how much they grow with each competition.

Now that the Christmas pageant season is coming to a close, we rest, we practice & prepare for the fierce spring competition that is upcoming!
