🐤💗 A lucky duck and a generous heart!

Thanks to our ZB community, the Girls Swim & Dive team’s 50/50 Lucky Duck Race raised $328 for City of Hope’s Patient Assistance Fund!

The winning duck, #73, was sponsored by Zion’s own Sandy Zukely Galgan, who generously donated her winnings back—doubling the total donation to $656! 🎉

📸 Check out our swimmers and divers presenting the donation to Coach DiGrazia!

Thank you to Sandy and everyone who sponsored a duck for helping our team make a difference. Way to go, BEES! 🐝💗

SENIOR NIGHT. HOMECOMING. A COMEBACK WIN AT HOME! 🐝🏈

The Zee-Bees battled back to take down the Mundelein Mustangs, 21–12, and finish their home schedule undefeated!

Down 6–0 at halftime, Zion answered with a touchdown in the third and took control in the fourth. The home crowd got a finish to remember—and our seniors went out with a win! 💛❤️

The Zee-Bees are now 6–2, with one more conference game on the road next week. Let’s keep this momentum going! Go Zee-Bees!

Please join athletics in celebrating our Zee-Bee athletes of the week!

Junior Melyna V has been a powerhouse and model of consistency on the diving board for the Bees; she has been delivering standout performances week in and week out. She has secured top-three finishes in each of her last three dual meets, highlighted by a dominant first-place victory against Mundelein!

Senior Xiomara A delivered a spectacular performance last Saturday at the Wheeling meet, anchoring the Bees with an unforgettable day in the pool. Showcasing her versatility and skill, she dominated her events—taking first place in three competitions and adding a solid third-place finish in her fourth. Her standout leadership and exceptional point totals helped propel the Bees to an impressive third-place team finish overall.

Please congratulate these athletes when you see them!
