I had the opportunity to participate in mock interviews on Tuesday at Rogers High School alongside my daughter and we had a great morning spending time in one of our districts schools and interacting with students. Working through mock interviews with them, highlighting their strengths and offering a few things to work on, helps set them up for success so when that future interview comes, they’re ready to nail it and be the best they can be.

A big thank you to the staff at Rogers High School for hosting this event and for opening the door to public involvement in our schools.

It was a great morning yesterday at Elk River High School working with the juniors on their mock interviews! I always enjoy being part of this event—meeting the students, hearing their stories, and listening to their unique plans for the future.

Some have their entire path mapped out, and others are focused on simply taking it one step at a time. It’s inspiring to see their honesty, determination, and individuality.

A huge thank you to the Elk River High School staff for organizing this. I’m grateful for the opportunity to help in shaping and supporting our future leaders.

Had a fantastic morning conducting mock interviews at Zimmerman High School! It was such a pleasure to engage with the students and provide feedback on their interviews. They all demonstrated impressive resumes and delivered thoughtful responses. Truly a great group of future leaders!
