I have made the decision to pull The Vocalist’s Toolbox book from publication, because it includes some outdated sections. I am hard at work on the next phase of the content, with updated information and new ideas.

Breathing demonstration! This is a fascinating and beautifully animated video of how the body functions during breathing. Note: the diaphragm is the pink parachute-like muscle shown after the action of the ribs. Many singers have no idea where it is. (If you don’t want to see a realistic anatomical demonstration of ribs and lungs and organs and muscles during the process of inhalation and exhalation, just skip this one.)
