As we prepare for the 2026-2027 school year, Green T. Lindon is transitioning to a cashless system. To streamline transactions and provide a secure, convenient experience, we will utilize SchoolCash Online for all school-related payments.

To ensure a smooth transition and ensure you are properly linked to your child’s account, please follow these essential steps:

1️⃣Update Your Contact Information in JCampus-
Please log in to JCampus immediately to verify that your contact information is accurate. The SchoolCash Online system pulls data directly from JCampus to send invitations and receipts. It is vital that JCampus reflects exactly how you wish to be invited to create your account.

2️⃣Use the Email Invitation to Register-
SchoolCash Online will send an automated email invitation to parents. You must use the specific link provided in that email to create your account. Using this specific link is the only way to ensure your account is correctly linked to your child.

3️⃣Understanding the Invitation and Receipt Process-
Both the initial account invitation and all subsequent payment receipts follow a specific hierarchy based on your JCampus records. If you do not receive an invitation or receipt, please check with the other parent listed in JCampus.
The system selects the contact as follows:
❗If no parent name or email is provided: The system defaults to the student’s name.
❗If the Father has an email listed: The system imports the Father’s name and email address for invitations and receipts.
❗If the Father does not have an email, but the Mother does: The system imports the Father’s name but sends all correspondence (invites and receipts) to the Mother’s email address.

By moving to SchoolCash Online, we aim to eliminate the need for students to carry cash and provide you with a 24/7 option to pay for fees, spirit wear, and school activities. Thank you for your cooperation as we implement this new system to better serve our school community.
